A Community hub is a place
You will not spend all day there.
• You can go to the hub to get support to do things in the community
• It could be a place where you can drop in on your way to doing the things you want to in the community.
• A place where you can meet up with your friends or make and make new ones.
• A place where you can get information and support.
• A place where people with learning disabilities and their support workers can meet up
most of all this community hub is a land mark.
